Mr. Tarantino is an entertainment lawyer and freelance writer based in Toronto. He is currently reading for a BCL at the University of Oxford. He received an LL.B. and an LL.M. (focusing on intellectual property law) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
After practicing corporate law with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, he joined Heenan Blaikie LL.P in 2001 and became a member of the firm's Entertainment Law Group. He is also a former Vice-Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Entertainment, Media & Communications Law Section.
Tarantino's freelance work has appeared in the National Post, This Magazine, the Ottawa Citizen and Associates Magazine, and he has placed legal academic articles in journals in Canada and the United States. He also has a blog. His first book, Under Arrest - Canadian Laws You Won't Believe, was published in 2007 by Dundurn Press.
